Workology enables professionals who want to work their way to come together to create the work opportunities that suit them. Workology's has identified that the world of work is changing and more people seek to control the way they work. Platform brings together individuals, organisations and small businesses that need non nine-to-five work solutions. Members are in a range of work or life situations, from freelancers, portfolio careerists and flexible workers to mothers returning to work, start-up entrepreneurs, retirees who still feel they've got value to add, or non-profits who want to resource their talent creatively. Workology offers them a platform to help them create work opportunities for each other that are otherwise difficult to find. We enable them to do this in a variety of ways to suit their different ways of working. They can showcase their skills and expertise in their own easy-to-complete, professional MiniSite, which has unlimited storage space, is publicly accessible, and is published and optimised on the WWW; they can post and find all those non-9-5 professional opportunities that are otherwise hard to find; and build up their referral networks by connecting with other members of Workology who have contributed to the community. Workology provides each member with one place to manage their work opportunities, contacts and MiniSite - everything they need to create and sustain their own way of working.
