Would you agree that current procedure of Internet job search requires too many steps, while at the same time loses the job-seeking purpose? Even with vertical search job portals you still have to sign up at multiple web sites. What happens next, in the most cases, is that you get logged into some company's system and they start spamming with new job openings. That doesn't put any relief on your job searching effort. Further more, some companies that get into possession of your CV make profit by selling it in "Resume Search packages" to recruiters. It all seams like one large "perpetuum mobile" system profitable only to the ones in possession of your Resume. There is no straight forward and simplified Resume portal and communication tool intended to ease this process which will eventually end up with a scheduled interview. Until now!
